Episode 5
Episode 4 – Sisters Helen and Angela welcomed us into their kitchen for an afternoon of cooking, baking and talking.
We talked about how baking is a great form of self-care and how the family came together to support one another after the loss of Angela’s husband Mark to suicide in 2003.
Episode 3 – We interviewed award-winning filmmaker, mental health advocate and PAPYRUS Champion Phoebe Torrance.
We talked about writing and directing, sneezing on set, bereavement, suicidal thoughts and using social media for positivity.
Episode 2 – For October 2019 we joined 24 Corners of the World and the Human Library of Liverpool for a 24-hour Talkathon exploring mental health and homelessness.
