PAPYRUS Conference and AGM 2015

10th March 2015

PAPYRUS Conference: 27 June 2015 London

The PAPYRUS conference is an opportunity:

  • for members and supporters to have the opportunity to share insights to shape our work
  • to meet with PAPYRUS trustees, staff, volunteers, members and supporters
  • to hear the latest developments in young suicide prevention
  • to hear about the latest plans and developments within PAPYRUS

Our annual conference is in a different location across the UK each year. In 2015 our conference will be in London on Saturday 27 June. More information will be posted in early 2015 about the venue and timings of the day.

Our AGM is hosted at the conference as is the charity's opportunity to formally present its annual report and accounts. It is at this meeting that new trustees are elected by the membership and take up their term of office on the board of trustees and as company directors.

Be part of PAPYRUS

Suicide is the biggest killer of young people - male and female - under 35 in the UK. Many thousands more attempt or contemplate suicide, harm themselves or suffer alone, afraid to speak openly about how they are feeling.

We are the national charity for the prevention of young suicide. We draw from the experience of many who have been touched personally by young suicide across the UK and speak on their behalf in our campaigns and in our work. We need more people who share our aims to join us to strengthen our voice - together we can save young lives.
