Fundraising & Engagement Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Fundraising & Engagement Assistant to provide outstanding supporter care and assist the fundraising team with a variety of tasks to support our income generation.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in administration support
  • Ability to efficiently & accurately process and reconcile information and data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage a varied workload

 Salary: NJC Scale SCP 4-6 (£19,264 progressing incrementally to £20,043)

Hours: 36 hours per week.

Location: Warrington (we offer hybrid working)

Contract: Permanent

Pre-employment checks

 All offers of employment are conditional upon the satisfactory completion of the following pre-employment checks.

 Right to work in the UK – Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK at the interview stage.

 Employment references – Applicants will be required to provide details of two employment referees which should include their current/most recent employer. References will be requested once a conditional offer of employment is accepted.

 Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) checks – Where required, applicants will be asked to provide ID required for a DBS check. This will be requested at interview stage. Once a conditional offer of employment is accepted the successful candidate will be registered on to the online DBS system to begin the checking process.
