Re: Living with someone who is suicidal?

Hi Helen

Thank you for your reply. I've just deleted the first post as it was down right depressing and no-one needs to hear it! So far as to say, I'm madly looking for light and hope today!

Bless you
Amanda

Re: Living with someone who is suicidal?

Hello! I've not written for ages, to be honest nothing much has changed. Helen your post is so honest and I'm sorry to say but a huge comfort to know that as parents we are not fighting our battles alone, although at times I have never felt so lonely and exhausted. Your story really resonates with m...

He has explained how important his exercise is to him and how important his body image. I haven't removed his steroid...

Re: Living with someone who is suicidal?

Dear All Thank you so much for taking the time to reply to my post, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it and how much it means to know I'm not alone. The main problem at the moment is that my son is 'addicted' (his words) to working out at the gym. I know how much exercise helps with mental hea...

Re: Living with someone who is suicidal?

My son attempted suicide in the summer. I just can't 'move on', I can't get the constant worry out of my head, it just goes around and around. Even though I try to keep busy, my fear is constantly there. I can't enjoy the good days because I don't know when the day is going to implode, which as you ...
