suicideTALK

A February gathering in Warrington for friends of PAPYRUS from the north-west of England

INVITATION As 2012 begins, PAPYRUS is eager to get more and more people involved in saving young lives.

We are hosting some regional network events as part of a Young Suicide Prevention Community Development programme.

We would like YOU to be involved.

Saturday 11 February 2012 10:30am-12:30pm
We are inviting all our members and supporters from the North West to meet some of the PAPYRUS team and others who want to get more involved in the charity. It will be quite informal and will give you some ideas of how you might get involved in your community in young suicide prevention.

suicideTALK is open to everyone but if you’d like to speak to someone about it before the event, please do call the office on 01925 572444. We will also look at ways of engaging further with the work of PAPYRUS.

Cost: Suggested donation: £5 including sandwich lunch; PAPYRUS members: FREE

RSVP: To book your place and for catering purposes, please e-mail PAPYRUS or Telephone 01925 572444
More details below.

We are inviting you to suicideTALK - a 90-minute suicide awareness session. It is intended for all members of a community ages 15 and up. Organised around the question, "Should we talk about suicide?" it provides a structure in which session members can safely explore some of the most challenging attitudinal issues about suicide, and encourages every member to find a part that they can play in preventing suicide.

Meantime, thank you for your continued interest in PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide.
