Facts:

HOPELineUK is a confidential helpline service staffed by trained professionals who can give support, practical advice and information to anyone concerned that a young person they know may be at risk of harming themselves.

The helpline is open Monday – Friday from 10am – 2pm and 7pm – 10pm, and 2pm – 5pm on weekends.

Calls are free from BT landlines, other networks and mobiles may vary:
  • it may be cheaper for you to call HOPELineUK on this number: 01978 367333
  • the helpline advisors will call you back if you leave a message

  • Relatives

    The helpline also accepts calls from emotionally distressed young people.
