HOPELineUK is a confidential helpline service staffed by trained professionals who can give
support, practical advice and information to anyone concerned that a young person they know may be at risk of harming themselves.
The helpline is open Monday Friday from 10am 2pm and 7pm 10pm, and 2pm 5pm on weekends.
